Odin's Comics still exists in Snellville. They have everything from golden age collectible comics, collectible figures from Marvel Comics characters to Family Guy, and games. Of course, all the new release comic books you would expect them to have are there.
They have quite a few action figure toys, some discounted right now as low as $6. Of course, their target customer for those items are comic book collectors, but I know my young sons would really enjoy a lot of those action figures...they have different things than what you will find at Target or Wal-Mart, so if you want toys like that for your kids, it's worth taking a look.
